01. First-class qualification enterprise

If an enterprise belongs to a first-class qualified enterprise, then the enterprise can actually contract the assembly and fabrication of various steel structure projects. This actually covers the engineering projects of light steel structures, as well as grid projects.

02. Second-level qualification enterprise

If the enterprise belongs to the second-level qualified enterprise, then in the case of contracting steel structure projects, the contract amount of the entire project cannot exceed 5 times the registered capital of the enterprise. The second is the total span of this steel structure project, which must be within 33 meters, and the total weight of all steel structure projects must not exceed 1,200 tons. 03. Three-level qualification enterprise

In addition, the total span of all steel structure projects should not exceed 24 meters, the total weight of all projects should not exceed 600 tons, and the construction area of ​​the project should be less than 6,000 square meters. Similarly, if the company wants to undertake the assembly and fabrication of some grid projects, the total weight of the entire project must be less than 120 tons, and the building area must be less than 1,200 square meters.

The process of applying for relevant qualifications for steel structure engineering is also very complicated. Enterprises applying for the application must first apply for a business license, and then apply to the local administrative department, and then report to the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau. Approval is carried out by the relevant enterprises, and the relevant licensing documents will be issued only if the conditions are met. Then, the enterprise that undertakes the application must submit its own qualification application report to the construction industry management method unit of the city where it is located, and then the project management unit will carry out the review. The unit will carry out a review. According to the review, the public announcement will be carried out first, and then it will be reported to the provincial and ministerial-level engineering and construction management office for approval. After the approval of the provincial and ministerial-level relevant enterprises, the public announcement will also be carried out. It may be reported immediately to the Provincial Construction Management Bureau for filing. At this time, the relevant enterprises can receive their own construction engineer certificate, and then go to receive the qualification certificate.
